...a TRUE fairy tale....

..She was 18 n he was 26 when they met for the first time..h was lukin for his soulmate..n she wasnt aware dat he was lukin for "her"...it was through matrimonial alliance in d newspaper that "he" came to know about "her"..n "he" approched "her" father..strict, discplined army officer (d girl's father) invited him to their house..usual "dekhne" ka silsila hua.."he" fell for her instantly but "she" was a little scared..as she felt it was too soon for her to get into a lifelong relation.."they" both decided to give time to each other..n hence.."knowin each ither" ka silsila hua.."he" wooed "her" in d best possible way..n "she" realised no one could ever make her feel lke a princess d way "he" does..so..it was decided that they would soon tie d knot..
..so far it sounds like a normal arranged marriage story..but here comes d twist..
..4 years after their marriage...one day "she" woke up only to realise dat she has got completely paralyzed upto neck..it came as a rude shock to every1(she was a national player of hockey)..she had a family of "him",two kids & mother in law to take care of..doctors lost hope..said only a miracle can cure her..
.."her" father came to take her back forever..but "he" refused..statin dat "she" is my wife..for better & for worse...!!!..n "he" devoted himself completely in curin her..
..while she started recovern.."he" was diagnosed wid an incurable heart disease and was admitted in the same hospital..now she wud drag herself...hold d wall n walk..jus to b wid "him"..
...slowly..gradually..both of them recovered..but the aftereffects are still there.."he" motivated "her" to work..n "she" gave him courage to keep on going..n together "they" wer each other's strength..
...now they have 3 ( i take d liberty to add : wonderful) daughters...a well settled life...n a life to look forward to..
but the past lingers..n "they" look behind at it wid a smile..it was only because they wanted to be together..for each other n because of each other...the relation which has withstood the cruelities of life...n bonded even better wid the passage of time is what keeps them goin..
...in few days time "they" would be celebratin 25years of their "togetherness"...those fights..arguements..teasin..irritatin each other..toleratin each other..n still "being wid each other"..for BETTER & WORSE!!!...
......smilin thru d tears..
..being wid near & dear..
..puttin wid ur fights..
..findin life tight..
..still..u wer d one..
who is d "only" one..
..my worst fears...wer lost in ur arms..
..was bowled over by ur charms..
..u listened to my dreams..
..n made them come true..
..i never had to speak..
..for u alwez knew..
..our long conversations..
..those silent discussions..
wenever i faultered..u wer there to hold me..
n in ur eyes i could see..
the love for "me"..n only "me"..
"WE" hav crossed dat stage..
of "childish immature infatuation" for each other...
..n hav reached an age..
of.."realisin & cherishin individualities" of each other..
"WE" hav seen d sunrise..n d sunset..
..hav passed all d cruel tests...
..of life..
n in ur arms..i rest..
to dream a better tommorrow..
..better than yesterday..
..n i know..it will b so..
..for we are wid each other..
....a request..a wish..a prayer..
..b wid me forever..
for now m used to
..being "complete"..!!
...............few lines dedicated to my parents who would be completin 25 years of their marriage on 28th of this month..n wid dis..i hope n pray..may u guys b alwez happy like dis..FOREVER..
...yeah..they are still livin happily..everafter!! :)
